本文介绍与讨论了ISO2631对全身振动测试与评价的规定。按要求对三种淘金船、两种集材拖拉机和三种卡车的全身振动进行了测量与分析。淘金船的Aw为0.23~0.84m/s^2,集材拖拉机座椅的Aw为1.32~7.53m/s^2,卡车座椅Aw为0.88~2.80m/s^2。卡车以“解放115”振动最大,“东风140”居中,“解放141”型卡车振动最小。按ISO2631规定,淘金船的振动只个别场所超过疲劳减效界限值,集材拖拉机座椅振动超过暴露极限。卡车座椅振动分析结果表明,“解放115”型卡车超过暴露极限值,而“解放141”型与“东风140”型卡车均超过了疲劳减效界限。
Evaluation of human exposure to whole body vibration ISO 2631' was presented and discussed. Whole body vibration at dredgers, tractors and lorries were measured and analyzed according to ISO 2631. Aw at dredgers was 0.23-0.84m/s2, at seats of tractors was 1.82-7.53m/s2, at seats of lorries was 0.88-2.80m/s2. The WBV at lorries of 'Jiefang-115' was the highest, at 'Dongfeng -140' was second, and at 'Jiefang-141' was the lowest. In compliance with ISO 2631, the WBV intensity of dredgers exceeded the fatigue-decreased proficiency boundary in very few werkplaces. The intensity of tractors exceeded the exposure limit.Among the intensities of lorries, the 'Jiefang-115' exceeded the exposure limit, while the 'Jiefang-141' and 'Donfeng-140' exceeded the fatigue decrease proficiency boundary for hrs.
