摘要
采用体外细胞实验方法,观察了石英尘对DPH和ANS标记的肺胞巨噬细胞膜流动性和荧光性质的影响,同时测定了肺泡巨噬细胞活性氧的产生。结果表明,石英尘可以使DPH和ANS标记的肺泡巨噬细胞膜流动性降低,增加ANS标记的肺泡巨噬细胞膜复合物的荧光强度,在200~1000μg石英尘之间呈剂量反应关系,进一步分析其原因,表明石英尘通过增加ANS在肺泡巨噬细胞膜上的结合量而使其荧光强度增加。肺泡巨噬细胞在石英尘作用下活性氧增加,可能与肺泡巨噬细胞膜性质的改变和活性氧对细胞膜结构的影响有关。
The effects of quartz on membranous fluidity labelled with DPH and ANS and the production of oxygen free radicals of alveolar macrophages were studied in vitro. The results showed that the reduce of membranous fluidity and fluocent intensity labelled with ANS of alveolar macrophages treated with quartz were observed in a dose-response manner. The production of oxygen free radicals of alveolar mcrophages treated with quartz was high. It was suggested that the changes of membranous properties of alveolar mcrophages might be associated with the production of oxygen free radicals
