摘要
本文研究了锰对男工睾丸生殖机能的影响。作业场所空气中MnO_2浓度的几何均值为0.14mg/m^3(0.01~0.71mg/m^3)。接触锰男工52名发锰均值为8.3μg/g,明显高于对照组(P<0.001)。精子活动率为0.56,LDH_x为0.19,血清睾酮(T)平均含量15nmol/L,均比对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。并对结果进行了逐步回归分析及讨论。
The effects of manganese on male workers reproductive toxicity were studied.The MnO2 concentration in air of workplace was 0.14 mg/m3 and ranged from 0.01 to 0.71mg/m3.Hair manganese level in 52 male workers exposed to manganese was 8.3μg/g and was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05) .Spermatozoal motivity was 0.56, LDHx was 0.19.Testosterone level was 15 nmol/L.These incidences were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05) .The date were analysed with Stepwise Regression analysis.The results were discussed.
