摘要
将两种不同号数和捻度的有捻玻纤纱进行了空气变形加工 ,并对 5 6 0 .5 4tex和 137tex两种纱的变形效果与工艺进行了对比研究 ,测试并分析了喂入纱线细度、超喂率、供气压力对变形纱结构和性能的影响 ,得出了本研究条件下的较好工艺参数 ,并对玻璃纤维空气变形的优点进行了分析 .实验结果表明 ,玻璃纤维经空气变形后 ,其强力有所降低 ,但纺织性能得到了改善 ,可以直接用于织造 ,其涂层织物的涂塑率有所增加 .
This paper analyzes the advantage of air-texturing glass fibers and mainly studies the air-texturing technology of the 560.54 tex twisted glass fiber, contrasts them with the 137 tex twisted glass yarn, analyzes the influence of feeder yarn, overfeed and air-jet pressure on the structure and property of air-textured glass yarn and has got reasonable technological parameters. This paper points out that the air-textured glass fiber′s breaking strength is lower than the supplied yarn but the properties have been improved and can be directly used to weave and its coated ratio is increased.
