织物质量的模糊综合评判

Integrative judgment with fuzzy decision method in the fabric quality

对防羽布织物质量进行模糊评判 ,通过对有关的指标进行测试 ,并采用线性归一和模糊评判 ,得出在不同无梭织机上生产该类织物的质量排序 .从定性考虑 ,在 4种无梭织机上生产该织物的总体质量均为优等 ;但从定量考虑 ,在片梭织机上生产品种的总体质量最好 ,喷气织机次之 ,剑杆织机稍差 .

In this paper, the integrative judgement in the fabric quality is established according to the fuzzy decision method. By making use of the method of linear regression and the judgment of the fuzzy, we can acquire objective judgement about the fabrics quality and the sequence of these fabrics from good to bad.From qualitative analysis in four shuttleless looms, the totality quality of fabric is excellent.But from quantitative analysis, the totality quality of fabric breed producted in gripper looms is the best, the latter is air jet looms, the third is rapier looms.
