摘要 研究了氨三乙酸钠 (SAT)作为无磷催化剂用于丁烷四羧酸 (BTCA)酯化交联棉织物的服用性能 .确认其有效性 ,并通过正交试验确定的最佳工艺方案为 :培烘温度为 190℃ ;氨三乙酸 (ATA)与氢氧化钠的摩尔比为 1∶2 .5 ;氨三乙酸浓度为 1.5 %;焙烘时间为 2min .分析其折皱回复角 (WRA)、断裂强度 (BS)和织物白度3个指标 ,还用傅里叶变换红外光谱、钠熔法氮元素定性分析与阴离子染料染色 3种方法对SAT的催化机理进行了探讨 . Sodium ammonium triacetate(SAT)has been investigated as a non-phosphorus catalyst for esterification crosslinking of cotton with 1,2,3,4-butanetetra carboxylic acid(BTCA).The optimum formulation obtained from the orthogonal experiment is that the baking temperature is 190 ℃, the ration ammonium triacetic acid(ATA)to sodium hydrate is 1∶2.5, the baking time is 2 min.Comparisons are made between fabrics finished with the phosphorus-containing system and the SAT system. wrinkle recovery angles(WRA), breaking strengths(BS)and fabric whiteness are discussed. In addition, the catalyzing mechanism is studied using Fourier transform infrared spectra, nitrogen qualitative measure and dyeing experiment of anion dyes.
