摘要
针对YJ19和YJ19A卷接机组两种机型中存在的刀头部件调整困难这一问题 ,设计了适合以上两种机型的刀头试验台。该试验台采用了独立的润滑系统、传动系统以及气动控制进刀技术 ,能够独立对组装好的刀头进行调整和试运转、且不影响其它部件的组装调整。通过该试验台对刀头部件进行调整和试运转 ,可大大节省整机的安装、调试时间 ,并可通过检测油路的润滑和漏油情况等 。
The adjustment of cut\|off unit was difficult in building YJ19 and YJ19A cigarette making machines, so a cut\|off test station suited to these two types of machines was developed. The station was equipped with lubricating system, driving system and pneumatic control cut\|off knife feed and able to adjust and run a cut\|off unit independently, without interference with the assembling and adjustment of other assemblies.Much time of installation and commissioning could be saved by this test station, and faults and hidden troubles could be discovered and debugged timely by checking the lubrication and oil leakage of oil\|way.
