摘要
本文进行了女工孕期接触苯系混合物对子代智力发育、身体素质与动作技能发育影响的研究。结果表明,在苯、甲苯、二甲苯稍高于车间空气最高容许浓度的条件下,女工的3~6岁子女的言语、认知和社会认知3项能力的合计评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),接触组4岁及5岁儿童的言语、认知、社会认知及身体素质与动作技能4项能力的合计评分也显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。提示,孕期接触苯系混合物对子代的智力发育可能有一定影响。
The effects of exposure to the mixture of benzene, toluene and xylene during pregnancy on the offspring intelligence development, physique and dexterity development were studied. The results showed that the total score of language, cognition and social cognition abilities in 3-6 years old offspring of female workers exposed to the mixture of benzene, toluene and xylene was significantly lower that of control group (P<0.05) . The concentrations of benzene, toluene and xylene in workplace were approximately at MAC or exceeding 1-2 fold of MAC. The total development score of the language cognition, social cognition and physique and dexterity in 4 and 5 years old offspring of exposed groups were significantly lower than that of group
(P<0.05) .It indicated that the mixture of benzene, toluene and xylene exposure during pregnancy may affect the intelligence development in offspring.
