几个甘蔗品种(系)前期生长特性及抗旱性分析 被引量:10

摘要 在桶栽条件下研究了11个甘蔗品种(系)的出苗及分蘖特性。在水份胁迫下调查了参试材料伸长初期的受旱表现,测定了相关生理指标,分析了甘蔗前期伸长特性与抗旱性的关系。结果表明:甘蔗受旱后叶片的枯黄率与蔗叶相对质膜透性和丙二醛(MAD)的含量变化趋势一致;受旱后拨节生长慢的品种抗旱性强于拨节快的品种;叶片卷缩或萎蔫型耐旱性强于钝化型;叶片首先枯黄的品种抗旱性最差。试验中粤糖89-240、德宏93-102、云蔗89-351、德宏93-88、云蔗95-128、桂糖90-95、云蔗94-343、云蔗94-375和ROC10等相对质膜透性、丙二醛(MAD)的含量及后期受旱死亡率较低,抗旱性较强;云蔗92-19和桂糖11号的抗旱性则较弱。 The germination and tillering traits of 11 sugarcane clones cultivated in pots were studied. The drought performance and related physiological indexes of all tested clones were investigated and determined by means of water stress during early elongating period. The relation between early elongating trait and drought resistance was analyzed. It is indicated that the withering rate is in the same tendency as the MDA content and plasma permeability of leaves. The clones with slower elongating growth and easily wilting leaves are more drought resistant than the faster ones or the passive ones during arid conditions. The fastest withering clones are the worst drought resistant. With lower MDA content, plasma permeability of leaves and death rate of canes in late drought period, the drought resistance of YT89-240, DH93-102, YZ89-351, DH93-88, YZ95-128, GT90-95, YZ94-343, YZ94-375 and ROC10 are better; the drought resistance of YZ92-19 and GT11 are worse in the experiment.
