摘要
低温共烧陶瓷技术是近年来发展起来的一种技术。该技术已经成为无源集成中的主流实现方案。本文主要对低温共烧陶瓷技术的发展现状以及行业现状进行分析,为该行业的进一步发展提供借鉴。
Low temperature cofired ceramic technology is a developling technology in recent years.This technology has become mainstream implementation in passive integration.In this paper,the development status and industry status analysis of low temperature cofired ceramics technology are analyzed,providing reference for the further development of the industry.
