浅谈变电站电缆敷设与二次接线的工艺改进策略

A Brief Discussion on the Process Improvement Strategy of Substation Cable Laying and Secondary Wiring

在变电站各项工程施工中,电缆敷设与二次接线无疑是电气安装项目中极其重要的环节,其施工质量的好坏对电流、电压准确性、计算机监控装置的正常运行、装置动作的可靠性、功率量测量的准确性等产生较为直接的影响,进而影响系统的稳定性与安全性。因此,通过分析变电站电缆敷设与二次接线工艺存在的不足,提出做好前期策划、明确电缆排列、改进电缆管连接、规范电缆标志牌、做好防火封堵处理5个方面的改进策略。

During the construction of a substation projects,the cable laying and secondary wiring is undoubtedly an important part of the electrical installation project.The quality of construction will have a direct impact on the current,voltage accuracy,normal operation of computer monitoring devices,reliability of device operation,accuracy of power measurement,etc..It has an impact on the stability and security of the system.Therefore,the shortcomings of substation cable laying and secondary wiring process are analyzed.The improvement strategies of pre-planning,clear cable arrangement,improved cable pipe connection,standard cable signage,and fire blocking treatment are proposed.
