摘要
研究了大豆叶子中大豆皂甙总配糖体的提取工艺.通过对叶子前处理条件、提取溶剂、提取时间、固液比、加酶水解条件等参数的研究,得到了以大豆叶子为原料提取大豆皂甙总配糖体的最佳工艺参数,为从大豆叶子中提取皂甙的下一步工艺总配糖体的分离纯化提供了前提,从而为进一步工业化生产提供了理论依据.
The extraction technology of soybean saponins from soybean leaves was studied.The optimal extraction technology parameters were obtained by research on the pretreatment of leaves,solvents,extracting time and enzyme hydrolysis.This was a theoretical basis for separation, purification and industry production of saponins.
