摘要
本文介绍了运用VN微合金化技术生产高强韧性钢板Q460E的工艺,对其冶炼、轧制工艺进行了阐述,同时也对其它微合金技术生产这一产品的优缺点进行了对比,指出VN微合金化技术开发高强韧性钢板Q460E的优势所在,最终按照VN微合金化工艺进行试验,成功生产出合格的Q460E产品,将这一技术应用于工业生产,所生产的1200余吨产品也全部合格,成功解决了采用其它微合金化技术生产Q460级产品所存在的产品表面质量问题。
This article describes the use of VN microalloying technology to produce high strength and toughness of steel plate Q460E process of its smelting and rolling processes were described, but also the production of other micro-alloy technology advantages and disadvantages of the product were compared,that the VN microalloyed development of high strength and toughness of steel plate Q460E technical advantages, according to VN microalloying final test process, the successful production of qualified Q460E products, this technology applied to industrial production, the production of more than 1,200 tons of products are all qualified, successful solved using other micro-alloying technology to produce Q460 grade product of the existence of product surface quality.
