新生代农民工城市住房解困路径研究

新时代背景下,解决新生代农民工住房问题,是促进城乡深度融合,推进有质量的新型城镇化的关键。目前,我国新生代农民工住房情况总体上还处于"两难"困境:高房价与低收入使新生代农民工"望楼兴叹";而将新生代农民工纳入保障房体系还需要逐步落实。为破解新生代农民工住房困境,缓解新生代农民工的购房压力、消除后顾之忧、使其租有所选,应建立住房"梯级"消费理念、切实推进"租售同权"、实现租赁性住房产业专业化和规模化,将新生代农民工逐步纳入公共租赁性住房保障体系。

In the context of the new era,solving the problem of housing for the new generation of migrant workers is the key to promoting the deep integration of urban and rural areas and promoting the new urbanization with quality.At present,the housing situation of the new generation of migrant workers in China is still in a dilemma-the high housing prices and low incomes have made it difficult for new generations of migrant workers to buy houses,and the inclusion of new generation of migrant workers in the housing system still needs to be gradually implemented.In order to solve the housing problem of the new generation of migrant workers,relieve the pressure on the purchase of new generation migrant workers,eliminate their concerns,make them have more choices when they renting a house,the concept of housing'grade consumption'should be established in the concept of consumption,practically promote the implementation of the system of'coequality for owners and tenants',making the rental housing industry professional and large-scale,increasing the coverage of public rental housing.Gradually incorporate new generation of migrant workers into the public rental housing security system.
