摘要
目前我国电力市场建设初具规模,电力直接交易电量不断增长,逐步形成多买方多卖方的市场格局,从而实现电力市场有效竞争和资源优化配置。因此,对电力直接交易市场效率进行评估具有重要研究意义。本文首先提出G-SCP范式对电力直接交易市场效率进行分析;其次构建了电力直接交易市场效率评估指标体系;最后将云模型不确定性的分析方法和可拓学中物元理论定性与定量的分析方法相结合,建立基于可拓云理论的电力直接交易市场效率综合评估模型。并通过算例分析评估电力直接交易市场效率,据此提出相关优化建议。
The construction of China’s electric power market is taking shape at present, and the direct trading power keeps increasing, a multi-buyer and multi-seller market pattern is gradually formed, realizing the effective competition in the electric power market and optimizing the allocation of resources. Therefore, it is of great significance to evaluate the direct trading power market efficiency.Firstly, the G-SCP paradigm is proposed to analyze the efficiency of direct trading powermarket. Secondly, the efficiency evaluation index system of direct trading powermarketis constructed.Finally, a comprehensive evaluation model of direct trading power market efficiency method based on the extension cloud theory is established by combining the analysis method of cloud model uncertainty and the qualitative and quantitative analysis method of matter element theory in extenics.Through the analysis of the example, the efficiency of the direct trading power market is evaluated and the optimization proposal is proposed accordingly.
