摘要
本文首先梳理了消费升级与时尚产业发展的相关文献,分析了消费升级与时尚产业发展的关系,一方面,消费升级促进时尚产业发展;另一方面,市场产业的发展推动消费升级。通过对北京市、上海市、深圳市及浙江省等地方的时尚产业政策要点及政策举措的分析发现,未来在制定时尚产业政策时,一是要注重突出资源禀赋和比较优势,二是要注重培育特色时尚产业,三是要注重营造良好的产业发展环境。
This paper firstly combs the relevant literature on consumption upgrading and the development of fashion industry, and analyzes the relationship between consumption upgrading and the development of fashion industry. On the one hand, consumption upgrading promotes the development of fashion industry;on the other hand, the development of market industry promotes consumption upgrading. Through the analysis of the key points and policy measures of fashion industry policies in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Zhejiang provinces, it is found that in the future, when formulating the fashion industry policy, one should pay attention to highlighting resource endowments and comparative advantages, and second, pay attention to To cultivate a distinctive fashion industry, the third is to focus on creating a good industrial development environment.
