Competitive Advantages of Brazil’s Renewable Energy Industry and Its Enlightenment

摘要 巴西可再生能源产业具有的资源禀赋、政策鼓励与替代成本三种竞争优势要素,是巴西可再生能源产业蓬勃发展的核心驱动力。巴西为发展可再生能源产业实施持续而有效的可再生能源激励政策,具有诸多可取之处。打造以拍卖制度为核心的可再生能源电力市场交易机制,对我国可再生能源电力价格机制改革具有重要启示意义。此外,中巴两国可在完善可再生能源基础设施配套与电网融合方面互学互鉴,合作共赢。 Brazil’s renewable energy industry has three competitive advantages: resource endowment, policy encouragement and alternative cost. It is the core driving force for the vigorous development of Brazil’s renewable energy industry. Brazil has many merits for implementing sustainable and effective renewable energy incentives for the development of the renewable energy industry. Creating a renewable energy power market trading mechanism with the auction system as the core has important implications for the reform of China’s renewable energy power price mechanism. In addition, China and Pakistan can learn from each other in the improvement of renewable energy infrastructure and power grid integration, and win-win cooperation.
