摘要
以硼玻璃、长石、刚玉混合粉为烧结助剂,β-SiC为主料,精萘作为造孔剂,采用低温无压烧结制备β-SiC超精油石。通过xRD、SEM、万能试验机及洛氏硬度测定等测试手段对油石试样的物相结构、微观形貌、抗弯强度及硬度进行了表征,探索了不同质量分数的硼玻璃对β-SiC超精油石气孔率、密度、抗弯强度和硬度的影响。结果表明:硼玻璃质量分数为9%时,β-SiC超精油石的气孔率为53.9%,密度为1.21 g/cm^3,抗弯强度为25.8 MPa,洛氏硬度为43.2 HRB;用于超精加工时,其超精余量为8μm,可满足试样的超精加工要求。
By low-temperature pressureless sintering technique,β-SiC superfinishing stones were prepared using borosilicate glass,feldspar and corundum as the sintering-aids,naphthalene as the porous agent and β-SiC as the main ingredient.The phase composition,microstructure morphotogy,flexural strength,and hardness of the prepared superfinishing stones were characterized by XRD,SEM,Archimedes,three-point bending and Rockwell hardness,which explored effects of borosilicate glass content on the porosity,the density,the flexural strength and the hardness of superfinishing stone samples.The results showed that the porosity,density,flexural strength,Rockwell hardness,borosilicate glass mass fraction of β-SiC superfinishing stone was53.9%,1.21 g/cm^3,25.8 MPa,43.2 HRB and 9%,respectively.Its superfinishing allowances was 8 μm and could meet the machining requirements.
