摘要 相比于传统切割加工,固结金刚石线锯切割效率很高,切缝很小,还能提高切片质量,不管是硬脆材料还是大直径材料,都能进行加工。对固结金刚石线锯切割方法、固结金刚石线锯的制备以及一些较为先进的线锯切割设备进行了综述,对其发展趋势进行了展望。 Compared with the traditional cutting process,the efficiency of fixed abrasive wire saw is much higher.The cutting seam cut by fixed abrasive wire saw is narrow.By using the technology of fixed abrasive wire saw,slices of high quality can be got.In addition,fixed abrasive wire saw can be used to cut large size materials,hard and brittle materials and so on.It gives a summary of the fixed abrasive wire saw,the ways to manufacture fixed abrasive wire saw and some advanced wire cutting machines.Besides,it makes a prospect of the development trend of the wire cutting machirles.
