摘要
使用树脂结合剂金刚石砂轮对微晶石进行磨削,测量并分析磨削力随着磨削参数的变化规律,并结合对磨削工件表面微观形貌的观察,分析工件材料的去除方式。结果表明:对磨削力而言,磨削深度影响最大,砂轮线速度次之,工件进给速度影响最小。工件材料主要以是脆性方式去除。
A resin diamond grinding wheel was used to grind the microlite workpiece,and the fluctuation of grinding forces with the change of grinding parameters was analyzed.Then the surface morphology was observed to research the material removal modes.The results revealed that the influencing factors of grinding wheel forces could be listed as grinding depth,wheel speed and workpiece feed rate,based on their importance.The main material removal mode of workpiece was brittle removal mode.
