In order to improve the students'scientific accomplishment, the new curriculum initiates inquiry learning. While what is called the inquiry learning and how to make a thorough inquiry teaching is the main theme which the numerous first-line teacher must actively carry out. The paper has stated the inquiry learning and inquiry teaching'implication, and has discussed the biology inquiry teaching' fundamental feature and fundamental segment.
