无张力网片修补术在腹股沟疝中应用

Application of Lichtenstein's tension free repair into inguinal hernia

目的探讨成人腹股沟疝无张力网片修补术(Lichtenstein法)及其并发症。方法对125例成人腹股沟疝行Lichtenstein法无张力修补。结果本组随访100%的病例,平均随访24个月,无1例复发,浅表伤口感染6例。结论Lichtentsein无张力修补术适用于各型成人腹股沟疝,术后疼痛轻微,复发率低。

Objective:To analyze Lichtentein's procedure and postoperative complication in adult patient with inguinal hernia.Methods:The experience of 125 patients with variant types of inguinal hernia was received Lichtentein's tension free repair in recent 7 years.Results:After the meantime of 24 months follow up in 100% cases,no recurrence was found,superficial wound infection in 6 cases.Conclusion:Lichtentein's tension free repair is appicable to variant type of adult patients with inguinal heria with the lower postperative pain and recurrent,and cheaper than Rutkow plug procedure.
