摘要
利用流体力学和理论力学原理,在外啮合齿轮泵中新设计出一进油槽,能及时补充齿轮泵高速旋转时因油液离心力而使齿间充油不足的现象,提高容积效率明显。该进油槽结构简单,制造容易。可为解决外啮合齿轮泵容积效率低提供一条新的途径。
Based on principles of fluid mechanics and theoretical mechanics,this passage has brought forth a new design of oil-entry trough structure in outer-engaged gear pump,which can solve the oil deficiency under the condition of oil centrifugal force caused by high-speed turning gear pump so as to enhance the volumetric flow rate.The oil-entry trough is simple in structure as well as easy in manufacturing,it supplies a new approach to improve low volumetric flow rate of outer-engaged gear pump.
