血清S-100蛋白水平与新生儿脑损伤的关系

摘要 目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤血液中S-100蛋白的变化规律及其与预后的关系。方法新生儿出生后24h内采集血标本1份,检测S-100蛋白含量,1周左右行头颅CT检查。结果影像学检查有阳性与阴性两组血清S100蛋白水平分别为1.24±0.57ug/L、0.51±0.12ug/L,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),血清S-100水平与出生后1分钟Apgar评分呈负相关。结论S-100蛋白可作为临床早期评价新生儿脑损伤严重程度及预后的敏感指标。 Objective:To explore the variance pattern of S-100 in neonatus with brain injured and the relationship between S-100 and the prognosis of the neonatus.Methods:S-100 were detected within 24 hours after neonatus were born and skulls CT scan were performed in a week.Results:In the CT positive group and negative group,the S-100 was respectively 1.24+0.57 and 0.51±0.12 ug/L,Two groups had a statistics difference(P<0.01).S-100 was negative correlation with Apgar score in postnatal 1 min.Conclusions: S-100 may be a sensitive index in early evaluating the severity degree and the prognosis of neonatus with brain injured.
