摘要
考虑介观尺度电容器两极板间电子波函数的相位相干性,定量计算了介观电容弱耦合效应。并讨论了介观电容的耦合能。
Considering the phase interference of the electronic wave function on the two sides of capacitor in the mesoscopic scale.We have calculated quantitatively the feebleness coupling effects of mesoscopic capacitor,and discussed the coupling energy of it.
