600份临床诊疗知情同意书的质量分析

Quality Analysis of 600 know consensus books about clinical diagnosis and treatment

目的提高医护人员对临床诊疗知情同意书法律意义的认识。方法抽查我院2004年5～12月出院病案600份,对其中知情同意书进行统计分析。结果抽查600份病案中,全部符合要求的508份,占84.7%,存在问题的92份,占15.3%,有27份没有填写知情同意书。结论认真履行知情告知义务,完善各种知情同意书内容,严格签字制度,是防范医疗纠纷及完成举证责任的重要措施。

Objective: To raise the clinician and nurse's law knowledge of the know consensus book about the clinical dignosis and treatment.Method: 600 medical records from May to December in 2004,in our hospital,were taken out and statistic analysis about the know consensus books were made.Result: Of 600 know consensus books,508 are accord with the demand and account for 84.7 per cent.92 are questionable and accout for 15.3 per cent.There are 27 know consensus books do not be filled.Conclusion: The clinician and nurse must carry out to tell the patients latent risk conscientionsly,and Improve and perfect various content of the know consensus book.It is important measure to be on guard against medical tangle and accomplish purden of persuasion.
