Design and consideration on the planning of Ji'zhou industrial park in Ji'an city

工业园区是工业化的载体,是现代城镇总体布局中的一个重要功能区和发展主要因素。本文运用新城市主义、可持续发展等设计理念,通过对吉州工业园区规划的用地空间布局、空间景观、生态环境保护的分析和探讨,提出构建经济欠发达地区工业园区建设的城市新区发展模式。

The industrial park the carrier of industrialisation is an important functional area in the layout of modern cities and towns and also a main factor for development.Based on the designing ideas of new-urbanism and sustainable development,this paper discussed the spacial arrangement,the sight and the environmental protection of Jizhou industrial park,then proposed the mode of ″new developed area for a city″ for the building of industrial parks in underdeveloped areas.
