摘要
通过分析亚健康的现状,并结合瑜伽练习的特点,阐述通过瑜伽练习能有效改善中老年人的健康水平,使其摆脱亚健康状况。
Subheaith through analysis of the current status of this and in light of the characteristics of practicing yoga on through yoga exercises to be effective in improving the health of older people from the clutches of Subheaith situation.
