腹腔镜手术基本技能的实验教学研究

The operation teaching of the basic skill of laparoscope

目的探讨腹腔镜手术基本技能教学方法;方法采用模拟训练、离体动物肝胆操作、活体动物试验、观看手术录像等项目进行训练;结果学生能熟悉腹腔镜及配套设备的结构和性能,初步掌握基本操作技能,培养了腔镜手术技能训练的兴趣;

Objective:To discuss the teaching methods of the basic skill of laparoscope.Methods: To adopt the intimating training,the operation of the animals' liver and gall,the experiment of the live animals and watch the video of the operations.Results: Students are familiar with the laparoscope and the structure and functions of the complete set equipment,handle some basic operation skills and bring up the interests of the laparoscope operations.Conclusions: It's effective and feasible to carry out the operation teaching of the basic skill of laparoscope among the clinical students.
