甲基强的松龙冲击治疗急性脊髓炎40例疗效分析

Effect analysis of pulsed treatment of methylprednisolone on acute myelitis with 40 cases

目的观察甲基强的松龙冲击治疗急性脊髓炎的疗效。方法对40例急性脊髓炎患者应用甲基强的松龙1000mg/d静滴(MPPT组)5d,并与28例使用地塞米松20mg/d静滴(对照组)10d作对照,后均口服强的松渐减量停药。结果MPPT组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论MPPT是治疗急性脊髓炎快速有效安全的方法。

objective: To investigate the effects of pulsed treatment with methyprednnisolone on acute myelitis.Methods: Forty patients with acute myelitis were treated with methylprednisolone 1000mg every day for 5 days as group MPPT;and twenty eight patients were treated with dexamethasone 20mg every day for 10 days as control.Followly,all the cases received oral prednisone with decreasing volume.Results: The therapeutic effect of MPPT was signifcantly better than that of control(P<0.01).Conclusion: MPPT pulsed approach was considered as a rapid,effective,and safe curative protocol for acute myelitis.
