平塞组合补片无张力疝修补术在腹股沟疝中的应用

The application of herniamesh complex flat plug patch in the groin hernia repair

目的探讨应用平塞组合补片行无张力疝修补术手术方法。方法回顾性分析48例腹股沟疝平塞组合补片无张力疝修补术的临床资料。结果手术时间平均46min,全部病例无切口感染,术后无异物感,发生阴囊积液1例,术后尿潴留2例,随访3～23个月,无疝复发。结论平塞组合补片无张力疝修补术操作简单,术后疼痛轻、恢复快、无异物感、复发率低,是较理想的疝修补方法。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of Herniamesh complex flat plug patch for groin hernia.Methods: We retrospective analyzed clinal data of 48 cases undergoing flat stopper,composite filling slice and non-tension make-up repair of the groin hernia.Results: The average operation time was 46 minutes.No infection in all cases and no foreign body feeling after operations.One case suffered the scrotum hydrocele.Two cases suffered from urine retention.There is no hernia recurrence in 3～23 months follow-up.Conclusion: Hemei complex flat plug patch for hermia is safe and effective.
