成人癫痫患者生活质量的研究

Quality of life in adults with epilepsy

目的运用QOLIE量表中文版研究成人癫痫患者的生活质量及影响因素。方法对103例患者采用随机抽样方法进行调查,用SPSS11.0软件进行统计学处理。结果103例患者不同性别、年龄之间生活质量各因素无显著性差异;婚姻在发作担忧、精力/疲劳方面有显著性差异(P<0.05),在生活满意度、社会功能方面有极显著性差异(P<0.01);不同学历在发作担忧、社会功能、总得分方面有极显著性差异(P<0.01);发作频率对生活质量有较大影响,与生活质量多个因素成负相关(P<0.05);病程与发作担忧方面、社会功能方面成负相关(P<0.05)。结论不同性别、年龄之间生活质量无明显不同;婚姻、学历、发作频率、病程对成人癫痫患者的生活质量存在不同程度的影响。

Objective:To study the effects of epilepsy on quality of adult patients in Ji'an.Methods:One hundred and three adult epileptic outpatients were included,Quality of life was evaluated by the Quality of life in Epilepsy Inventory-31(QOLIE-31,Chinese version),there date were statistically analyzed with spss11.0.Result: There was no significant correlation in the item of sex,age,but marital starts and education level produced a certain influence on quality of life adult epilepsy patients,seizure frequency was negatively associated with scores on seizure worry,overall quality of life,emotional well-being,energy/fatigue,cognitive functioning,social functioning and total scores,Duration of epilepsy was negatively associated with scores on seizure worry and social functioning.Conclusion: marital status,education level,seizure frequency,duration of epilepsy affected multiple domains of quality of life.
