赭石薤白降气汤治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻临床观察

Clinic observation on early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction by zheshi xiebai jiangqi tang

目的观察赭石薤白降气汤治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻的疗效。方法将50例患者随机分为两组。治疗组给予赭石薤白降气汤。对照组给予加味大承气汤。结果治疗组平均治愈天数为5d,对照组平均治愈天数为8d,两组比较有显著性差异。结论赭石薤白降气汤治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻有显著的治疗效果。

Objective:To observation the therapeutic effect of zheshi xiebai jiangqi tang in treating early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction.Methods:50 patients were randomized into treatment group(n=25) and control group(n=25).The control gruoup was treated with the jiawei chenqi tang,and the treatment group was treated with the zheshi xiebai jiangqi tang once a day.Results: In treatment group,the time for healing well(5 days) was shorter than that(8 days) in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The zheshi xiebai jiangqi tang is able to cure the early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction
