摘要
以3月龄昆明小鼠为研究对象,用肝素钠抗凝,用低渗溶液测定了一次力竭游泳训练对小鼠红细胞渗透脆性的影响,并对渗透脆性的变化做了初步的分析。
Kunming mice of 3 months old were used as the subjects of the study,with heparinizing,effects of once exhausting swimming training on the RBC osmotic fragility were examined by ower concentration NaCl solution,and the changes of them were prellmlnarlly analyzed as well.
