控制双辉渗镀Ti(CN)膜保温时间的研究

摘要 运用双辉技术在20钢表面进行Ti、C、N三元共渗,研究如何控制通氮保温时间来获得不同组织结构的Ti(CN)渗镀层。结果表明:随通氮保温时间的增加,渗镀层表面的颜色由紫罗兰色逐渐变成金黄色,其厚度也迅速增加,可超过20μm;渗镀层内物相的构成也随之变化,保温0.5h渗镀层内无Ti(CN)形成,保温时间超过2h时,有Ti(CN)生成,且随保温时间的增长,其结构由TiC0.7N0.3变成TiC0.2N0.8;同时渗镀层与基体的结合力逐渐变大,最高可达70N左右。 In this paper,changing heat preservation time of purging with nitrogen gas,films have been on 20 carbon steel by double glow plasma surface alloying with Ti-C-N.The results showed that the color of films' surface is changed from violet to golden gradually when the heat preservation time was prolonged,meanwhile the thickness of films increased and was over 20μm.Preserved heat for 0.5h,there were no Ti(CN) phases in films.After preserved heat for 2h,Ti(CN) was formed and its structure was changed from TiC0.7N0.3 to TiC0.2N0.8 with time delayed.The adhesion between film and substrate became firmly and was up to 70N.
