CT检查在新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病诊断中的价值

The value of CT in the diagnosis of Hypoxic ischemic enphoparhy

目的探讨CT检查在新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病诊断中的价值。方法对我院2006年中的136例新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病病例的临床资料和CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果CT检查对新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的敏感性很高,可作为首选的影像学检查方法。结论新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的诊断主要依靠临床,CT检查对判断新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的轻重和病变范围有重要价值。

Objective: To study the value of CT in diagnosis of Hypoxic Ischemic Enphoparhy(HIE).Methods:Analysis of clinical manifestation and CT of 136 cases HIE was processed retrospectively.Results: CT is more sensitive to diagnose HIE and its finding are valuable for the establishment of diagnosis.Conclusion: The Diagnosis of HIE is mainly according to clinical manifestation,but CT plays an important role in judging the degree and extent of HIE.
