摘要
采用单辊法制备了宽4.5mm、厚25μm的Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶薄带。并用Q800动态热机械分析仪(DMA)测试了非晶薄带的弹性模量、线形变和线膨胀系数随着测试温度的变化关系。结果表明,非晶薄带的弹性模量随着测试温度的升高而减小;非晶薄带的线形变都随着测试温度的升高而增大;非晶薄带的线膨胀系数在50~150℃温度范围内随着测试温度的升高而增大,在150~300℃温度范围内随着测试温度的升高而减小。
In this paper,Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 amorphous alloy ribbons with 25μm thickness and 4.5mm width were manufactured by single-roller method. The elastic modulus and line deformation and line expansion coefficient were investigated by Q800 DMA. The results showed that the elastic modulus appeared strengthening and the line deformation appeared decreasing with the test temperature increasing,the line expansion coefficient enhanced with the test temperature increasing when the temperature was 50~150℃,but the line expansion coefficient decreased with the test temperature increasing when the temperature was 150~300℃.
