关于加强浦东新区城市网格化监督员心理素质培养的几点思考

按照城市网格化管理要求,上海浦东新区组建了一支网格监督员队伍,为新区城市环境保障做出了积极贡献,但这支队伍人员组成特殊,也出现一些问题,尤其是思想、素质、精神面貌等心理方面问题,对有效实施城市网格化管理产生不利影响。本文从心理素质培养角度,分析、研究这个特殊群体的思想政治教育工作。

According to the work arrangement of Pudong new area digital city management,A group of city management supervisors has set up in Pudong new area. They play an important part in Pudong new area city environment. Becuase the members of it are particular,they have something wrong with their mind,qulity,spirit and or so,which has brought about bad influence upon effective digital city management,therefore writer tries to analyze and study the ideological political education of this specaile group.
