摘要 目的对枳壳现代炮制的研究进展作一综述。方法采用文献研究法,全面分析枳壳炮制前后化学成分与药理作用的变化,总结出枳壳现代炮制研究进展。结果麸炒法为枳壳的主流炮制方法,但其炮制研究较为单一片面,各研究报道间差异较大,炮制前后化学成分与药理作用变化尚需进一步深入全面的研究。结论以枳壳主要活性成分柠檬烯、柚皮苷、新橙皮苷和辛弗林为指标,建立科学的动物模型,以期找出枳壳炮制前后化学成分含量变化与药理作用的相关性,为枳壳麸炒的规范化研究提供科学依据。 Objective: Overview the development of modern preparation of Fructus Aurantii.Methods: Changes in the procedure of preparation about component and pharmacological action were investigated comprehensively by literature survey to summarize the development of modern preparation of Fructus Aurantii.Results: The main method of preparation of Fructus Aurantii was stir-baked with bran,but it was single and unilateral study,and there were greater difference on different reports.Further studies on the changes in the procedure of prepatation about component and pharmacological action will be executed.Conclusions: The experimental animal model must be established and indexed by the contents of limonene,naringin,Neohesperidin and synephrine in Fructus Aurantii,and the aim is to find the correlation between the content variation of chemical components and pharmacological effect and provide evidence for study on the standardization of Fructus Aurantii stir-baked with bran.
