水泥砼路面早期裂缝成因分析及其预防措施

Analysis on the cause of formation about early cracks and its preventive measures of cement concrete pavement

水泥砼路面具有整体强度高、负荷能力大、稳定性好、使用年限长、养护费用低等优点,在道路建设中应用广泛,是目前我国一种主要的高等级路面。但因为原材料、混凝土配合比、施工等因素的影响,水泥砼路面早期易产生裂缝。本文旨在分析水泥砼路面出现早期裂缝的主要原因,并提出了防治早期裂缝的措施。

Cement Concrete Pavement as a whole has many advantages such as high intensity,large capac-ity,good stability,long service life,low maintenance costs.It is widely used in road construction,and is a major high-grade roads in China.However,because of the raw materials,concrete mix and the impact of factors such as construction,cement concrete pavement will cause early cracks easily.An analysis on the cause of formation about early cracts and its preventive measures of crement concrete pavement are provided in this artticle.
