国产米氮平治疗抑郁症的疗效及安全性分析

Curative effect and the safety analysis of domestic mirtazapine on the treatment of depression

目的分析国产米氮平(商品名派迪生)治疗抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法将65例抑郁症患者随机分为两组,分别给予瑞美隆和派迪生治疗,疗程6周,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果派迪生组和瑞美隆组有效率分别为87.5%和87.8%,显效率分别为81.2%和78.8%。两者疗效相似。HAMD评分派迪生组治疗1周即显著下降,瑞美隆组治疗4周时显著下降。两组的主要不良反应均为嗜睡、体重轻度增加,且不良反应较轻,均未作特殊处理。结论国产米氮平(派迪生)是一种安全、有效的抗抑郁药物,不良反应轻。

Objective: To analysis the curative effect and safety of domestic mirtazapine on the treatment of depression.Methods: 65 patients with depression were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group were be treated with domestic mirtazapine(Paidisheng),the control group were received American mirtazapine(Remero),then evaluated the curative effect and the adverse effect through the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and the Deputy Scale(TESS).Results: The effective rate of the treatment group and the control,group were 87.5% and 87.8% respectively,and the excellence rate were 81.2% and 78.8%.The scores of HAMD decrease at week 1 in the treatment group,but it decrease at week 4 in the control group,the main adverse effect of the groups were drowsiness,mild increase of body weight.Conclusion: Domestic mirtazapineis a safe and effective antidepressant drugs.
