复方非那根液治疗肛周湿疹临床应用

Clinical application of compound phenergan liquid in treatment of perianal eczema

目的探讨复方非那根液治疗肛周湿疹临床效果。方法将肛门湿疹病100例随机分为治疗组(用复方非那根液治疗)51例和对照组(用皮炎平治疗)49例进行疗效比较。结果治疗组总有效率为90.2%,对照组为87.8%,两组差异显著(P<0.05),随访3个月,治疗组复发率亦明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方非那根液治疗肛门湿疹有明显效果及良好的远期疗效,可作为常规外用药。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of compound pherergan liquid in treatment of perianal eczema.Methods: 100 cases with perianal eczema were divided into 2 groups randomly,the treat-ment group(n=51) were treated with compound phenergan liquid,and the compared group(n=49) were treated with Piyan Ping Ointment.Results: The total effective rate of treatment group(90.2%) was lower than the control group(87.8%),the differences were significant(P < 0.05).During a follow-up period of 3 month,the recurrence rate of treatment group was also lower than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The compound phenergan liquid has obvious and good long-term curative effect,and can be used as rou-tine external application drug for perianal eczema.
