开放式鼓室成形术治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎的临床体会

Clinical experience of open tympanoplasty in chronic suppurative otitis media

目的分析开放式鼓室成形术治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎对患者获得干耳的情况。方法全麻下对33例慢性化脓性中耳炎行开放式鼓室成形术,术后两周复查,随访3～6个月,对其干耳情况进行分析。结果本组33例患者,3～6个月随诊,全部获得干耳。结论开放式鼓室成形术是治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎的有效方法,对患者获得干耳有显著效果。

Objective:To analyze the curative effect of open tympanoplasty on chronic suppurative otitis me-dia(CSOM).Methods: 33 patients with CSOM were received open tympanoplasty,rechecked at two weeks after operation,followed up for 3～6 months.Results: All patients got dry ears.Conclusion: Open tym-panoplasty is an effective treatment for CSOM.
