摘要
目的探讨应用超声监测卵泡发育,指导临床治疗不孕症。方法对本院门诊妇科就诊的78例不孕症患者,采用超声对用促排卵药前、后卵泡进行定期观察。结果可明显观察到用促排卵药前、后卵泡发育情况。结论采用超声检查可动态观察卵泡发育及排卵,有利于指导临床妇科对不孕症的治疗。
Objective:To explore the application of ultrasonic monitoring of follicular development in the clin-ical treatment of infertility.Methods:78 outpatients with infertility in our hospital were received regular ul-trasonic monitoring of follicular development.Results:Ultrasonic monitoring can clearly observe the follicular development before and after ovulation stimulants.Conclusion:The ultrasonic monitoring can observe the fol-licular development dynamic,and instruct the clinical treatment of infertility..
