摘要
介绍AutoLISP语言对AutoCAD二次开发技术,实现应用范成法加工齿轮的模拟仿真。文中主要阐述齿条插刀和齿轮毛坯的三维建模方法和模拟加工过程的实现。仿真结果证明:生成的齿轮三维模型与实际齿轮完全一致。
This paper discussed the secondary development technology by means of AutoLISP language,and realized the simulation of gear cutting by generating method.It focused on the method of 3D modelling of rack cutter and gear blank and the simulation of gear cutting.The result of simulation proved that the generated 3D models of gears were coinsided with the actual gears.
