别嘌呤醇对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响

Effect of allopurinol on heart function in chronic congestive heart failure

目的观察别嘌呤醇治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选择2007年1月至2008年1月在我院住院的慢性心力衰竭患者56例,随机分成治疗组(别嘌呤醇组)和对照组(常规治疗组)。常规治疗组:标准抗心衰治疗。别嘌呤醇组在常规治疗的基础上加用别嘌呤醇0.3 g/d,观察12周。两组均于治疗前以及治疗12周后由专人用超声心动图测左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩末容量指数(LVESVI),测量治疗前及治疗12周后血清尿酸浓度。结果别嘌呤醇组在血清尿酸浓度明显减少,心功能得到明显改善,而常规治疗组无显著变化。结论在标准抗心衰治疗的基础上加用别嘌呤醇(0.3 g/d)能给慢性心力衰竭患者带来益处。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of allopurinol on heart function in chronic congestive heart failure.Methods:56 patients with chronic congestive heart failure from Jan 2007 to Jan 2008 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,the conventional therapy group were treated with typical drugs,the allopurinol group were received routine therapy plus 0.3g allopurinol per day,observed 12 weeks.The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and the left ventricular end-systolic volume index(LVESVI)were measured with echocardiography before treatment and after 12 weeks,and the concentration of serum uric acid were measured simultaneously.Results:Serum uric acid concentration was obviously decreased and the heart function was improved significantly in the allopurinol group,but the control group had no significant change.Conclusions:Routine therapy plus allopurinol will get advantage for patients with chronic congestive heart failure.
