围产儿死亡103例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 103 cases of perinatal death

目的探讨围产儿死亡原因,以降低围产儿死亡率。方法回顾分析1998年8月～2008年8月该院围产儿死亡病历。结果103例围产儿死亡主要原因为早产、胎儿畸形、脐带因素、新生儿窒息和胎盘因素。结论加强产前健康教育,提高产科、新生儿质量及围产儿保健工作,尽早筛查胎儿畸形可降低围产儿死亡率。

Objective:To explorethe causes of pe rinatal death,so as to decreasethe perinatal mortality. Methods:We madethe retrospective studies about about theclinical records of the 1 03 cases ofthe perinatal death from Aug 1 998 to Aug.2008 in our hospital.Results:The main causes of perinatal death were prematurity, fetal anomaly, umbilical cord factor, apnoea neonatorum and placenta factor.Conclusions: Strengthening the prenatal health education,improving the obstetric,neonate and perinatal healthcare qualities,and screening fetal anomaly as early as possible can decrease the perinatal mortality rate.
