以临床问题为中心教学法在中专生物化学教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨以"以临床问题为中心"的教学法在中专卫校生物化学教学中的应用效果。方法从2007级中专护理专业学生中随机抽取二个大班分成实验班和对照班。实验班采用以临床问题为中心教学法进行授课,对照班采用传统教学法进行教学。学习结束时对两班学生进行理论考试和问卷调查。结果实验班考试成绩明显优于对照班(P<0.01)。结论以临床问题为中心教学法能提高学生学习的积极性与主动性,能提高学生分析临床问题、解决临床问题的能力,有利于学生综合索质的提高。 Objective:To evaluate the application effect of the clinical problem-centered teaching method in biochemistry teaching of secondary sch00l.Methods:Two large classes were randomly selected from 2007 garde nursing students and divided into the experiment classe and control classe.Experiment classe adopt-ed the the clinical problem-centered teaching method in biochemistry teaching,and the control classe used traditional teaching method. At the end of term, theoretical examinations and questionnaire survey were conducted in the two classes.Results:Examination result of experiment class was significantly better than that of the control class.Conclusion:The clinical problem-centered teaching method can arouse students interest and desire for knowledge,improve their abilites of analysis oroblem and problem-solving,and is helpful to develop the students'comprehensive quality.
