局部神经阻滞麻醉在腹股沟无张力疝修补中的应用

Application of local nerve blocking anesthesia in tension-free inguinal hernia repair

目的探讨腹股沟无张力疝修补的麻醉方法。方法回顾我院近6年开展533例腹股沟无张力疝修补手术的临床资料,对手术及麻醉时间、平均住院日、平均住院费用、术后情况进行回顾性研究。结果两组相比手术及麻醉时间、平均住院日、平均住院费用、术后疼痛情况,差异均有非常显著意义。结论局部神经阻滞麻醉简单易学,易操作、易推广,拓宽了手术适应证,可明显地降低平均住院天数,患者痛苦小、恢复快、并发症低、花费少。

Objective:To explore the anesthesia method of tension-free inguinal hernia repair.Methods:We made the retrospective studies about the clinical records of 533 patients undergone tension-free inguinal hernia repair in recent 6 years,and analyzed the duration of operation and nesthesia,the average hospital stay,the average hospital cost and the postoperative condition.Results:There were significant difference between two groups in the duration of operation and nesthesia,the average hospital stay,the average hospital cost and the postoperative condition.Conclusion:Local nerve blocking anesthesia is easy to learn,to operate and to popularize,it broaden the operative indications,and can significantly shorten the average hospital stay,reduce the suffering of patients and promote the recovery,decrease the complication and cut down the hospital cost.
