乳腺癌的高频超声诊断分析

Analysis of Breast Carcinoma with high frequency ultrasonography

目的探讨高频超声对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法对经病理证实的28例乳腺癌的超声图像特征进行回顾性分析。结果乳腺癌多数表现为不规则分叶或伪足状,边缘毛刺征,界限不清,肿块纵横比大于l,内部回声光点粗大而不均匀,常见砂粒样钙化灶,后方回声衰减,血流信号丰富等特征性表现。结论高频超声对乳腺癌的诊断具有重要的价值。

Objective:To explore the diagnose value of high frequency ultrasonography on breast carcinoma.Methods:The ultrasonic imaging characteristics of 28 patients with breast carcinoma confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The most breast carcinomas appeared as irregular lobulation or pseudopod,coarse spicules sign,no clear limit,the aspect ratio of mass more than l,internal echo coarse and uneven,sandy calcification foci,the posterior echo attenuation and abundant blood flow signals.Conclusion: High frequency ultrasonography may be of great value in diagnosing breast carcinoma.
